Should I Obtain a Lawyer if I Get Hurt on Someone Else’s Property?
What Should I Know about Erb’s Palsy?
Erb’s Palsy is one of the palsies that may result from Medical Malpractice in the delivery of a child. The size of a child should be properly identified by the OB-GYN in charge of delivering that child to determine if a C-section should be performed. If a C-Section was not performed when required, the child may be injured during the birthing process. When that injury takes place to the brachial plexus, which is the muscles, tendons around the shoulder area, you may have shoulder weakness to a paralysis in that shoulder area for the life of the child. These are indeed very, very serious injuries.
